In this 1.5-hour class, we'll cover the basics to sugar cookies (so – yes, it’s beginner friendly!), do some piping practice with Royal Icing, talk about how to strategize the best ways to decorate sugar cookies, and cover the general concepts around dough and icing! Join us for a Holiday Show performed by Brass Musicians. This exclusive ensemble of musicians will be playing Christmas music for all to hear! These is no better way to get in the Christmas spirit than holiday horns and Lion Bridge beer - we hope to see you there!

The Iowa Ceramics Center and Glass Studio (ICCGS) will visit Lion Bridge Brewing for a workshop to welcome the holiday season! In this workshop, participants will make a holiday tree from clay using various hand building techniques. Then you can add garland, ornaments---the decorative options are endless! Participants will create texture and then paint their trees with special ceramic glazes. Projects will then be taken back to ICCGS to dry and then coated with a special clear glaze and fired twice in their kilns. Finished projects will be approximately 4”x4” and will be ready for pickup at ICCGS three weeks later. 1 LB beer is included with the purchase of a ticket. Buy now!
