The Iowa Ceramics Center and Glass Studio (ICCGS) will join us again for this popular workshop here at Lion Bridge Brewing Company! Participants will start with a blank pre-thrown stein (made by ICCGS’s Resident Artists) to personalize and decorate using clay and glazes. You will add a decorative or functional handle and then decorate the outside of the stein to resemble a face including! Participants will then paint their steins using special ceramic glazes. Projects will then be taken back to ICCGS to be coated with a special clear glaze and fired in their kilns.
